Q: Is the meat fresh or frozen?

A: Our products are frozen. Product will keep in your home freezer up to 12 months.

Q: How are your products packaged?

A: Everything is in vacuum seal packages and is put into the freezer as soon as it has been packaged to lock in freshness. Product will keep in your home freezer up to 12 months.

Q: My meat started to thaw, is it still safe?

A:If your package happens to become semi-thawed or even thawed yet is still cold, you are buying quality pastured meat that is colder or as cold as chilled meat purchased at a butcher or grocery store.

It is very safe to refreeze/cook anytime and has only been frozen once (by us!) and not the typical 8-9 times common in grocery stores.

Q: Do you charge by weight or per item?

A: Both.  Some items are charged per package and some are per pound.  If the description lists an average weight, that item is priced per pound.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your card will be charged at the time that your order is packed for delivery. You many notice a slightly lower or higher final order total as some adjustments may be necessary for any items priced by the pound.

Q:Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?

A: Yes, there is a $150 order minimum.

Q: How does Subscribe & Save work?

A: You can choose to repeat your order at checkout and enjoy an immediate 3% off.

Q: What if I need to skip or cancel my subscription?

A: You are in complete control of your repeating order. You can edit items, skip deliveries or cancel at anytime time. We will never lock you into commitments or hassle you with hard-to-find cancelation buttons. We don't like those either!

Q: Will I be notified before each order/delivery?


A: Yes, you will receive an email notification 2-3 days before your upcoming order is set to process and leave our farm.

Q: How long do I have to adjust or change my Subscribe & Save order?

A: You have until the cutoff deadline for ordering in your area to edit/change your order. You will receive an email and text the 2-3 days before your deadline for making changes to your order.

Q: Can I place a one-time order in between my subscription orders?


A: Other than Gift Cards, our system won’t currently allow this.

Q: How do I change my Subscribe & Save order frequency?


A: Log-in and select Subscribe & Save from the Account menu. From there, you'll be able to update your delivery frequency under the Subscription Details section! We offer weekly, every two weeks, every four weeks, or every eight weeks as options.

Q: How do I change my delivery date?

A: Log-in and select Subscribe & Save from the Account menu. From there, click the Get it Sooner button to select a new date.

Q: How do I add/remove items from my Subscribe & Save order?

Your current items will be listed in the cart and you can add and remove items at will. Any changes to that cart will apply to the next order date listed under your scheduled orders. Any changes will automatically update and you will only receive one confirmation email. Any changes made after that confirmation email will be reflected in the final order-packed receipt email.

Q: How do I change my address?

A: To permanently change your address, please login to your account here: address change.

To change the address for one delivery, please contact customer support at customersupport@rosenkransnaturalmeat.com or 315-406-9127.

Q: How do I Skip a Subscribe & Save order?

A: Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose “Subscribe & Save”. Locate and click the Skip button. Skipping will skip your upcoming order and jump to the next order date based on your subscription frequency.

Q: How do I get a Subscribe & Save order Sooner?


A: Go to “Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose “Subscribe & Save” and hit the Get it Sooner button. Getting it Sooner will process your Subscribe & Save order on the next available date of your choice in coming 4 weeks.

Q: How do I Sign-up for Subscribe & Save?

A: You'll be asked if you'd like to Subscribe & Save during the checkout process, at which time you will also be able to select your subscription frequency.

Q: How do I Cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription?


A: Go to “ Account” in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, then choose “Subscribe & Save” and scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Cancel Your Subscription” button.
